State Cup Modification to Transfer Rule for U14 - U19 Teams

Calendar Change: 2nd Round for U11-U13 will be played on January 28th, 2006.

Note from the Programs Department:

CYSA Programs Department is in the process of manually entering all of the hard copy applications into the electronic data base and we will be posting the applications received the week of October 10th.  Teams do not need to contact the CYSA State Office.  If there is something missing from your Team application, the CYSA Programs Department will be notifying the team contact person listed on the application.

If you have submitted a paper application to the CYSA State Office or sent in a check for your team's application you will receive an e-mail notification letting the team contact person know that the application has been entered into the electronic data base. Once we have confirmed that payment has been submitted you will also receive notification as well.

CYSA State Cup DOES NOT accept Guest Players for this event.
