 “The mission of the California Youth Soccer Association is to serve all children and our communities by providing opportunities that allow each child to grow, learn, mature and succeed by becoming productive adult members of society through the development, promotion, and offering, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin and/or ability, comprehensive community based leagues that offer a complete range of youth soccer opportunities for all children of all ages and abilities.”

The Citizenship Through Sports Alliance

The Citizenship Through Sports Alliance is the largest coalition of professional and amateur athletics organizations in the United States focused on character in sport.  CTSA promotes fair play at all levels - youth leagues to professional sport - to reinforce the value of sport as a test of character.  Since 1997, CTSA has been building a sports culture that encourages respect for self, respect for others, and respect for the game.

LOCATIONS FOR STATE CUP WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS SCHEDULES ARE CONFIRMED, BUT NOT LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  PLEASE CHECK THE WEB SITE REGULARLY FOR UPDATES. EACH TEAM WILL BE SENT A PACKET OF INFORMATION AS SOON AS THE SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN FINALIZED.    IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS TO ALL TEAMS, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE OFFICE TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION BEFORE THE SCHEDULES ARE RELEASED. WE WILL MAKE THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE AT THE SAME TIME.

OPEN POSITION - 1st Vice Chairman

1st Vice Chairman - Vice Chairman for Administration and Internal Review - In the absence of the Chairman, the 1st Vice Chairman for Administration and Internal Review shall preside at meetings of the Board of Directors. The Vice Chairman for Administration and Internal Review shall be responsible for Protest & Appeals Committee, Registration Committee, Rules and Revisions Committee. The Vice Chairman for Administration and Internal Review shall appoint, as appropriate and subject to approval of the Board of Directors, those Committee Chairmen under his/her jurisdiction. The Committee Chairman's  term shall be 2 years and run concurrently with the Vice Chairman's. Committee chairmen may be removed for caused before the end of their term by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. The Vice Chairman for Administration and Internal Review shall also be responsible for such other duties as directed by the Board of Directors.
